The Brief:

Global player CPA approached Chalk to produce
a company-wide Global Orientation Programme incorporating film and presentation graphics.

Our Approach:

Working closely with CPA HR and brand managers, Chalk project managed and facilitated up to 25 films of staff interviews and branch introductions.
A set of filming guidelines were created to guide local filming crews in India, Australia and the USA. To meet tight deadlines, Chalk consulted CPA throughout the pre and post-production process, maintaining film schedules and facilitating European-wide shoots. Chalk utilised in-house camera, sound and editing expertise to create a series of induction films with a consistent professional feel. Films were embedded into an interactive induction presentation that could be delivered by trainers to hundreds of new employees, or to individuals on their desktop PCs. Chalk were able to co-ordinate a complex project and deliver a professional, well rounded product that exceeded CPA's initial requirements.
